  • Patch Test Advisory: Individual skin sensitivities vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. Soul Beauty Organics is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Once the order is placed, it may take around 3-5 working days to process & 7-10 days for the delivery of the order

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product is opened or used.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. Eligible cases will be refunded or replaced.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • 6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and product designs—belongs to Soul Beauty Organics.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.
